Breast tumor
Reason for consultation: A girl aged 16 presented a fast- growing tumor of 3 months duration at the musculature level above the right breast, measuring around 9 cms. in diameter, renitent, non-painful, not adhered to the skin with well-defined limits and without external inflammatory signs. She underwent extensive ultrasound and MRI testing and surgery was decided.
Intervention: under general anesthesia, we performed a complete resection of the tumor between the muscular layers of the pectoral muscle
