Sacral cysts
The existence of hair follicles that fail to communicate with the surface of the skin produce an accumulation of hair and secretions that manifest as an inflammatory cyst that may ooze.
They are located in the sacral region and in the crease of the buttocks. They usually appear during puberty both in girls and boys. A hereditary predisposition is present in this disorder.
