Lesion on the lower eyelid
Reason for consultation: 8 year-old boy affected by Ehlers-Danlos disease that presented to the emergency room with an ocular traumatism with a contuse wound of the cellar arch and tearing of the lower left eyelid.
Intervention: under general anesthesia we carried out a surgical cleansing using the Friedrich technique, and eyelid reconstruction, with very satisfactory results and insignificant scarring.
